Our PhD students have successfully presented their doctoral thesis projects

We are pleased to announce that our PhD students: Ana Rita Pereira, Bárbara Nunes, and Mariana Gomes have successfully presented their doctoral thesis project entitled “Understanding the impact of parabens on drinking water bacterial biofilms”; “Effective control strategies for biofilm-related infections based on ionic liquids” and “Delivery of nucleic acid mimics in bacteria to treat bloodstream infections”, respectively. After months of hard work and dedication, they presented their research to the thesis committee and demonstrated a deep understanding of their topic. Their findings and contributions are significant, and we are confident that their work will make a valuable contribution to their field.
